Denver Housing Authority’s (DHA) SF+ ADU Program partners with homeowners to develop affordable ADUs. The program works with non-profit and institutional partners to provide a range of services to make ADU development accessible and affordable including:

  • Cost-savings ranging from $45,000-$85,000

  • Technical assistance

  • Permitting management

  • Financing referrals

  • Housing counseling

  • Predevelopment services

  • Cost-estimating

  • Project management
