Improvements on Morrison Road in the Westwood neighborhood include the Morrison Road Apartments, which is a mixed-use development incorporating affordable housing and retail space in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver. The development will bring 80 units of affordable housing along with deed restricted commercial space.


How does Morrison Road meet community needs?

This project will address long term affordable housing; deeper levels of affordability; community spaces that will support the cultural endeavors of the community; and redevelopment of dilapidated sites along the Morrison Corridor.

The ULI Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) recommends the re-positioning of Morrison Road as the cultural corridor of the Westwood neighborhood, complete with a community mercado (market) and plaza for gathering and celebrating.
